We are looking for:
An experienced, driven and entrepreneurial Compliance Officer to assist Keyrock’s compliance with all applicable requirements.
Job description: Compliance Analyst
Executing AML/CFT obligations as per Keyrock’s policies;
Interacting with clients on a regular basis to receive and review all KYC relevant documentation;
Monitoring compliance with EU GDPR;
Conducting risk assessments and elaborating an annual compliance plan;
Developing and implementing a plan of second-line controls and conducting the tests;
Drafting of compliance points of attention and recommendations;
Assisting the Head of Regulatory Compliance with the preparation of internal and external regulatory reporting;
Ensuring the firm’s policies and procedures are being communicated effectively to all relevant employees;
Maintaining a record of all compliance and financial crime training.
Background and experience
+3 years as a compliance officer;
Excellent financial crime, KYC and CDD knowledge;
Knowledge of other essential laws and regulations such as MIFID2 & GDPR;
Understanding of capital markets and banking systems;
A relevant degree, preferably in business or law, is required;
A compliance qualification for example ACAMS or a Masters in a related field would be advantageous;
knowledge of the digital assets ecosystem and crypto currency regulation is a plus.
