We are looking for:


A senior manager eager take up the challenge and help us expand Keyrock’s presence as a regulated entity in UK. An ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong hands on approach, has track record of delivering financial results in fast changing environment and experience  leading and developing business units. 

 

 

Job description: 

 

  • Assuming full responsibility for the development of Keyrock UK market making operations on digital assets

  • Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders for the UK Market

  • Provide strategic advice to the Board so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future

  • Push Keyrock UK’s commercial development, in line with Keyrock’s strategy

  • Ensure appropriate risk and compliance management within UK entity

  • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities for UK Market

  • Ensure smooth collaboration between UK entity and company Belgian headquarters

  • Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times

  • Communicate and maintain trust relationships with business partners and relevant authorities

  • Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures in UK market in close coordination with Belgian headquarters

  • Supervise the work of local team, providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance

  • Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile

  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth

 

Background and experience

 

  • Proven experience as Board Member, Managing Director or other managerial position in a regulated financial/digital asset firm in UK market; candidates with experience in a regulated crypto companies will have a significant advantage

  • Proven experience in quantitative trading or in managing teams of quantitative traders 

  • Ideally, previous experience working in a MiFID Investment Firm 

  • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans

  • Good knowledge of the UK regulatory environment;

  • Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence our industry

  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • BSc/BA in business administration, law or another relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferred

  • Project management including the ability to oversee implementation of complex projects; 

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex information to identify the key issue/action and drive resolution;

  • Operational excellence;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluent in written and spoken English;
