We are looking for:

A driven, analytical and well-rounded junior learning and development and knowledge management specialist with a passion for financial markets and a desire to work in a dynamic high-growth fintech scaleup. The role will be responsible for maximizing team performance and output through building scalable knowledge management and learning and development practices. They will also build internal documentation systems and improve our internal communication tools and practices. The mission will be to effectively collaborate with all team and manage relevant processes so  every piece of knowledge in Keyrock in existence is documented and easily accessible. 


Background and experience


  • Education: studies in communications, sociology, anthropology, economics, finance, business or humanities

  •  >1 year of experience in a learning and development, knowledge management,  project management or business analyst position  

  • Interest or experience in trading and digital assets market is a plus

  • Ability to structure process and content 

  • Strong passion and interest for human learning process dynamics

  • The ability to proactively conceptualise, plan and organize your own work

  • Strong ownership of projects

  • The ability to work independently or in a team in a flexible manner

  • Ability to combine understanding of big picture with strong attention to detail combined 

  • Process-driven

  • Capacity to connect with people and work effectively in team environments

  • Very good analytical and systemic thinking skills

  • Data-analysis skills (Excel, VB, SQL etc.) are a strong plus

  • General tech savviness and strong affinity for work management and productivity tools

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Languages: fluent in English (oral & written). 


Job description


Learning and development

  • Ensure efficient and effective learning and development paths and processes are designed and introduced in Keyrock; design evaluation methods to determine impact of program

  • Produce instructional materials and performance support materials; 

  • Ensure (with help of head of HR)  proper needs assessment, alignment and buy-in of everyone in the business to make sure learning goals are aligned with business objectives

  • Provide employees with the knowledge, tools, and skills that they need to optimize their performance at work 

  • Managing onboarding/offboarding and learning and development of the employees

  • Collect, analyze and constantly improve based on learning metrics


Knowledge management

  • Act as internal documentation architect and owner or oversee and align and drive efforts of functional knowledge base owners

  • Managing the 'knowledge' base of the company

  • Continuous improvement of internal communication in terms of practices, guidelines and tools
